As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Paul leads in identifying and contributing to the company’s capability and influencing the strategic vision.
He is a connector and pioneer focused on innovative and relevant ideas that can make an impact. He has also written for numerous journals and several technical books, presents and speaks at conferences domestically and internationally. Paul and his wife live in Virginia.
