Kirat Anand is the founder and CEO of KAS New York, a B2B lifestyle womenswear brand, prior to selling the business he led a team of 200+ employees, coordinating multiple offices in different countries, and oversaw various departments which included – GTM strategy, customer acquisition, product innovation + design, digital marketing, business development, supply chain management, logistics, and finance. He is currently serving as a board or council member for: NYU Leonard Stern School of Business’s Fashion & Luxury MBA Council, Virgin Innovation Lab, Stern Venture Fellows, W. R. Berkley Innovation Labs, NUMA New York, and Marici – Take Her Back. Prior to being an entrepreneur, he was an investment banker at JPMorgan in the leveraged finance group focused in technology, media, and telecom. Kirat graduated cum laude from NYU Leonard Stern School of Business with a double major in finance and information systems, where he was a walk-on for the university baseball team.
